This is a three session class.

• Wednesday evening will be a Zoom preparation discussion.
• Saturday will be field photography.
• The following Wednesday will be a Zoom show & tell style review and critique.

Learn how to capture the beauty of nature on film through techniques taught by a forty-year veteran and author of nature photography. This three-part workshop will cover photography of wildflowers, insects, butterflies, and other small creatures. You will look at small nature subjects from a whole new perspective, and visually study their beauty (in a brand new light—both literally and figuratively). Participants should own a DSLR or MSLR camera and some kind of close-up equipment (close-up attachment lenses, extension rings, or macro lens). Bring three of your favorite slides or prints (any subject) to the first session.
