at Helen and Allan Cruickshank Sanctuary

Wednesday, February 5 – Zoom: pre workshop prep class, 7:00-8:00 pm
Saturday, February 8 – Field work at Cruickshank Sanctuary, 8:00am–3:00 pm
Wednesday, February 12 – Zoom: Show & Tell Critique, 7:00-9:00 pm

Join professional
photographer Milton Heiberg for a day of photography at a 140-acre bird
sanctuary in Rockledge, Florida. The highlight of this workshop will be
photographing the endangered but friendly Florida Scrub Jays. These unique birds
are endemic to Florida, intelligent, and family oriented. One of them may size
you up and decide to perch on your head.
Most of the day will be at the sanctuary, but if time permits, we may visit the
nearby Viera Wetlands refuge.
Demonstrations, lunch, Zoom prep class, and follow-up critique show & tell are included.
